This is where the rubber meets the road.
It’s safe to say that most workshops have a 90% failure rate just a few short weeks or months after they are presented. After the excitement wears off people unknowingly return to their old habits. Our solution to that problem is individualized monthly follow up sessions to reinforce the newly acquired skills until they become habits.
The post-workshop coaching is inclusive to the custom tailored workshop. We conduct the reinforcement coaching via scheduled Skype, phone call and in some cases a GoToMeeting webinar. We try to accommodate whatever our valued clients and sales team members prefer.
